SHIPPING AND RETURNS | DELIVERY POLICY
SHIPPING
We ship everything free and orders will be shipped out within three(3) days of product availability. Most items ship using UPS or FEDEX, depending on both the weight and what is in the package. We will notify you of backordered items and approximate availability for shipment. Before the item ships we will call and confirm the order with you.
RETURNS
Once we have started a transfer, we are unable to do returns on suppressors. If you have a warranty issue with the product itself, we will work with you to get them resolved. We will take returns on components other than suppressors for 30 days, as long as they are in their original packaging and in new conditions.
FFL Transfer Policy
We require contact before we receive a firearm. If we receive no contact within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the firearm, we assume the purchaser has no interest in the firearm and we retain the right to sell the firearm. If contact is made before the firearm is received, but then no contact or attempt to pick up the firearm is made within 90 (ninety) days after the arrival of the firearm, we assume the original purchaser has no interest in the firearm and we retain the right to sell the firearm.
